外貿鋼格柵板買家盛氣凌人，看我怎么手撕她?。?！

其實，我跟美國客戶打交道的歷史已經很長了，其中不乏很好的客戶。有些甚至都成為了好朋友了。曾經有一個美國客戶，甚至還在我毫無準備的情況下，給我們匯來了貨款，讓我始料不及，真的是好客戶很多。
 

但是，比較近卻讓我碰到了一件特別揪心的事情：一個吹毛求疵的美國客戶，特別的挑剔，特別的盛氣凌人，在忍無可忍的情況下，我給她發了郵件：
第一封：

You are so rude to say this:"who has bee sent absolute rubbish so far" are they rubbish? You request too much. "My designers in America have been dumbfounded at what you send me." This time? Are you kidding?What we will send is what we took pictures, if you are not satisfied with this, is it necessary to send?

however your level is too high to achieve.
Pictures were taken from the real samples, the result is almost the same.
If you think when you see the real samples and hope they are different, it is
impossible.
white line between the leg and skirt etc (which you mentioned at last
emails) are not problems, if you can't accept that, then it is not necessary to
send the samples.
We want to cooperate with the clients who can stand on our position and
think of something instead of thinking yourself always. We have been doing
business with Amercian people for 20 years, they are so good and most of them
are our friends now.
If you choose China, then you choose the level and standard.
If it is not a problem, not insist and accept that, then we will send the
samples.

I apologize for being rude. I handled it badly.
However I do think you should want me to have a perfect end result.
This way means I will place my next (much larger) order with your company instead of going elsewhere.
If the bags are indeed now perfect as you say, then that is all you needed to say . Computer photos are not as clear as real life so what I'm seeing may not be reality.
I will await the samples
